Our client, an international company in the health and fitness sector, is looking for someone to join their team to act as the link between the sales team and their clients.
Due to a recent promotion, this is a rare opportunity to join an exciting company to provide a high level of support to clients (within an assigned territory) in order to facilitate the efficient processing and shipping of purchase orders and quotes.
We are looking for someone with experience in a similar sales support or administration role, able to engage with clients, process orders efficiently and be part of a friendly team.
The successful candidate will be personable, confident with superb communication skills. A passion for health, fitness, sport would also be ideal.
£30k – £40k plus company bonus and fantastic benefits.
Hybrid role – 2/3 days per week at home, 2/3 days per week in the office.
Duties include
- Handle inbound phone and email enquiries using customer service skills
- Contact customers, vendors, and other departments to efficiently coordinate and administer purchase orders
- Utilise Salesforce.com to enter data specific to Inside Sales call campaigns, create opportunities and quotes for customers
- Manage all aspects of processing, booking, prioritization and shipping PO’s
- Promote additional sales and provides information to customer regarding inventory levels, shipping and tracking and other order related tasks
- Keep in daily contact with sales representatives and customers regarding order status and problem resolutions
- Manages the logistic and shipping communications with sales and customers throughout the order fulfilment process
- Manage the Risks and Revenue for the assigned region
- Assist with forecasting products/sales
- Assist with creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) when necessary
Skills/Experience
- Experience in a similar role such as sales support, internal sales executive, customer services, etc
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Natural problem solver, able to work using initiative
- Strong IT skills, Salesforce would be an advantage
- Excellent administration and organisational skills
