Sales Support Executive - Maternity cover (12 months)

This role is working as a Sales Support Executive covering Maternity cover for 1 year. Ideally they are looking for someone to start with them by the end of November on a 1 year contract.

The main purpose of the role is to enhance their existing customer partnerships and ensure the sustainability and growth of their market by providing administrative sales, project management and customer service support to regional sales team.

Key responsibilities:
- Support the Regional Sales Manager and their team to efficiently grow the volume and range of their accounts while maintaining and promoting the reputation and service of the company.
- Assist the order processing team with the clarification of and queries relating to customer purchase orders and maintain required communication for customers and relevant parties
- Proactively provide customers and sales teams the required communication for any outstanding issues or transactions.
- Assist in the resolution of overdue payments when required.
- Assist with communication relating to customer complaints, adverse incidents and field safety corrective actions ensuring that correct procedure is followed along with clear, timely and accurate communication to all relevant parties.

Key skills:
- Must be educated to a good standard, ideally to degree level or 3 A'Levels and relevant experience but a minimum requirement of 5 GCSE or equivalent (grade C or above) including English and Maths.
- At least 3 years' proven experience in a similar role.
- Experience with SAP is preferred but not essential.
- Experience working in an ISO 13485 and 9001 regulated environment.
- IT skills including the ability to use Microsoft Excel and Outlook
