Our client, a successful company, based in Amersham, is looking for an office based Sales Support Manager to help achieve company profit and revenue targets. This is a very varied role which will involve building long term relationships, speaking on the phone, providing quotations, generating documents, raising invoices and ensuring payments are made.

This role is paying a basic salary of £24,000 with OTE of £30,000.

Responsibilities to include:

  • Run customer credit reports and provide quotations
  • Propose leasing opportunities to the finance companies
  • Generate leasing documentation for approved customers
  • Chase leasing documentation and vendor invoices
  • Raise commission invoices and send completed leasing packs to finance companies for payment
  • Ensure quick payment of leasing agreements by finance companies
  • Ensure notes are recorded onto the company database at all stages of the process
  • Develop and maintain an excellent business relationship with customers, vendors and finance companies
  • Act upon telephone enquiries from customers/ vendors regarding problems they may have

Skills/ experience:

  • 2 years sales support experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Impeccable telephone manner
  • Structured approach
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent computer skills
  • High level of numeracy
