SAP Data Administrator - 9 month contract (to start in Aug)

Our client, based in Stoke Poges, is looking for a Data Administrator to cover maternity leave. The contract will be for around 6 - 9 months initially.

We are looking for someone with SAP, excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

Our client offers excellent benefits and early finish on Fridays at 1.30pm.

The key responsibilities are to reconcile the production planning data on a monthly basis, manage the administration of the Group Insurance invoicing and organise the collection of the insurance renewal data. There is also responsibility for supporting the Transport Operations Manager with regards to transport invoice processing and the Customer Compliance manager with regards to Condition Reporting administration and coordinating the annual UEC document review.

Duties include

  • Maintain SAP Material Masters and Recipes for production planning and enter planned orders into SAP when required.
  • Ensure data is accurate, by reconciling between SAP and the bespoke planning tool on a monthly basis, to reduce chances of missed deliveries.
  • Support the Transport Operations Manager by carrying out regular administrative tasks:
  • Support the Group Insurance Manager by carrying out regular administrative tasks
  • External communication with the Insurance Broker as required.
  • Support the Commercial Compliance Manager by carrying out regular administrative tasks
  • Coordinate and manage the annual UEC document review to ensure all UEC documents are compliant with the current ISO Certification

Skills/Experience

  • MS Office and SAP
  • Experience of working within a data admin role
  • Experience of working accurately against hard deadlines
