We are recruiting for a Scanning Administrator to join our client, a digital printing company based in High Wycombe.

This is a great opportunity for an organised individual with excellent attention to detail and good Excel skills.

Reporting into the Scanning Manager the purpose of this role is to support the team in scanning projects on time and to the correct standards.

This role is paying £23k – £25k and is working Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm.

Duties include

  • Oversee and assist with the booking in of projects
  • Ensures all processes and procedures are followed and updated as required
  • Awareness of all Booking In projects and be able to assist the team as required to include incentive and undeliverable letter returns
  • Assist the Senior Scanning Exec with setting up new scanning projects when required
  • Manage and prioritise own scanning projects, to include attending set up meetings/project reviews as required
  • Process questionnaires through the scanning software
  • Process quality data for all projects within set timelines
  • Complete quality checks
  • Administer projects for the Senior Scanning Exec. in their absence

Skills/Experience

  • Experience of working in an office environment
  • Experience of working with paper based processes
  • Knowledge of the scanning hardware and software would be beneficial but full training will be provided
  • Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software – especially Excel
  • Excellent organisational skills and able to manage and prioritise conflicting workloads
  • Be able to work as part of a team
