Our Client, a successful global pharmaceutical company based in Hurley are seeking a Medical Division Administrator to provide secretarial and administrative support to various projects/departments, prepare and manager departmental correspondence, oversee training records and maintain financial systems for the department.

The ideal candidate will be a Life Science Graduate with a 1 year's industry experience. In return you will be offered a generous salary, 25 days annual leave, pensions scheme, private medical, permanent health and dental care.

Key Duties

* Provide secretarial and administrative support, and arrange meetings for the Medical Division,
* Maintain documentation, as instructed, to ensure compliance in each department Pharmacovigilance, Medical Information, Regulatory Affairs, Compliance and Medical Affairs
* Set up and maintain files for the Medical Division and any other documents as required. Ensure documentation complies with internal and external requirements
* Consolidating training records for Medical Division at the end of each year
* Maintain financial systems
* Payment requests, send payments, and reconcile in-voice/statements against payments; ordering goods
* Maintain records to monitor budget spend. Payments cover licence fees, subscriptions, meetings, etc.
* Take responsibility for data entry and maintenance of the archiving systems, as required
* Type standard letters and reports and Filing
* Booking of flights, trains, taxis, meeting venues and catering as re-quested

Experience & Qualifications

* A High level of relevant technical and administrative skills
* IT skills including Word and Excel
* A degree in Life Sciences would be beneficial
