Role: Senior Lettings Consultant/Manager
Salary: OTE £30,000-£35,000

You must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, work as part of our team, be customer service led, smart in presentation and hold a full driving licence. This is a role for a self-motivated driven Senior Lettings expert with the skill and ability to produce new business. You must be target driven and have a clear understanding of KPIs.

Your responsibilities:

· To value and take on properties confidently
· Maintain client relationships/landlords
· Conduct viewings & achieve team targets
· Report weekly figures to Director
· Targets set by Director for achieving valuations, instructions and lets
· Manage, assist, & motivate the Lettings team
· Create, load & market property details

Required skills and experience:

· Previously/currently worked senior level
· Good knowledge of local area
· Achieve and exceed set targets
· Good communication skills
· Computer literate & excellent telephone skills
· High level of customer service skills
· Must have a full UK/EU driving licence
