Our client, a non for profit organisation providing a range of services to the project management profession, are looking for a Senior Professional Standards Manager to join them on a 12 month contract covering maternity. They are based in Princes Risborough and offering a salary of up to £45k.

Key Responsibilities:
- Line manage the professional standards team
- Review current ways of working and look fir efficiencies and improvements
- Assist in strategic developments and manage implementation
- Provide professional standards input to cross-departmental projects
- Manage associate contracted parties
- Process complaints related to standards and services and escalate complaints managed by product managers
- Adh-hoc business strategy projects
- Develop and review qualification/standards budgets when required

Key Skills:
- Educated to degree level
- Desirable: qualification in project, programme or portfolio management or assessment design
- Experience in professional standards/professional qualifications management
- Experience analysing and reporting data
- Experience in line management and management of dispersed and associate teams
- Knowledge of assessment design and quality assurance in relation to professional standards products
- Proficient in MS Office programs and examinations management software
