Senior Programme Co-ordinator

(fixed term contract 12 months, maternity cover)

* Act as primary point of client contact for specific programme area (e.g. market brand, subject matter area)
* Consult and provide recommendations on all aspects of programme design
* Track responses and resolutions of all client queries, making sound judgements on looping in the subject matter expert or a senior member of team where appropriate
* Collaborates with internal teams to complete tasks in line with delivery schedules
* Act as primary liaison for internal teams (e.g. Expert services, Fieldwork Technology)
* Act as internal escalation point for issues, queries and bugs
* Log task/requests/issues, as required in MCX ticketing
* Compile regular reports accessing internal systems and reporting tools (e.g. SQL, CMDR (fieldwork management system custom and/or SaaS software solutions, mTab)
* Implement and check uploads and data flows relating to all areas of the programme including but not limited to: translations, data imports/exports
* Manage hierarchy updates & checking within predefined system hierarchy management structure.
* Keep user lists/logs updated for costing purposes
* Conduct user acceptance testing and validate programme changes

What we're looking for:

* A degree or relevant practical experience in Social Sciences, Research Methods or customer experience research related
* Prior experience of managing projects of increased complexity or with a range of stakeholders in multiple locations
* The ability to display great levels of care, diligence and attention to detail towards their deliverables
* The ability to take full ownership and accountability of assigned responsibilities
* Polite, succinct, accurate and timely communication with your assigned client contacts and team members in English
* A strong team mentality; Pro-actively offer help to achieve team goals outside of your individual goals
* Keeping track on progress of your own work and allocated tasks with the ability to provide updates with minimal notice
* Strong IT Literacy including proficiency in MS Office, in particular Excel and its application in uploading, manipulating and exporting data.
