Customer Service/Service Coordinator

Immediate temporary opportunity, based Slough (parking, plus good public transport links)

A background in customer service or call centre would be ideal for this role (2 to 3 months temporary) handling a large volume of incoming calls on a daily basis, from customers ringing for advice or issues with their product. Product knowledge will be taught but a background in a service/call centre environment would be ideal.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with the service technical team to meet Helpdesk targets for high volume calls, emails and Live chat to resolve end user issues
  • Processing related documentation and admin
  • To log data in a timely and accurate fashion onto Salesforce
  • To learn about the product portfolios
  • To build relationships with internal and external customer.

Skills required:

Strong initiative and ability to self-manage

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent IT skills with experience of SAP/Salesforce ideally.
