Service Coordinator

Our client based in Slough are seeking to build their existing busy service department and require articulate and customer service focused individuals to join them. You will be working from home although some office working may be required in the summer (based Slough)

Responsibilities will include responding in a professional and efficient manner to inbound emails from customers with queries on product information, refunds, warranty periods and delivery issues.

Experience of working with a product range rather than a service would be beneficial. Technical knowledge would also be a plus.

Full training will be provided, and laptop provided.

Most of the work will be email based with a necessity for some telephone-based work.

Applicants must demonstrate a high standard of written and oral English, be able to respond in a professional manner to customers and be able to follow through on customer's issues to completion.

This booking is for a minimum of 3 months and due to the level of training required, candidates must be able to commit to the full duration of the booking.
