KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure timely responses to all emails in the inbox
- Following up with clients after initial enquiry
- Processing payments using an online system or PDQ machine
- Maintain relationships with external Project Leaders
- Managing client expectations of when their orders are due
- Generate confirmation email to clients following shipment with tracking information
- Work closely with logistics team to resolve any shipping queries during the dispatch process and once packages have been dispatched
- Update order forms regularly to keep data and pricing accurate
- Assisting the sales support team with order processing as required
- Assisting the finance team with payments and occasionally generating invoices for payment
- Helping out with events when required
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Strong attention to detail, and ability to input data accurately
- High standard of written English and grammar, and ability to communicate well both verbally and written
- Good mathematical skills
- Able to work to deadlines and targets, whilst also prioritising workload
- Pro-active and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong ability with Microsoft Excel and Word
