Production Administrator

Salary: £20,000 to £22,000

Location: High Wycombe

Job Type: Permanent, Full Time

Our client, a well-established manufacturer, is looking for a diligent and enthusiastic Production Administrator to join their team. The role holder will coordinate and process the booking out of stock and ensure the smooth delivery of items by carrying out the relevant procedures; complete documentation; keep systems updated and deal with any queries or problems as promptly as possible.

The successful candidate must have STRONG EXCEL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raising picking list and dispatch paperwork for Stores to get out stock items for Contracts
  • Book out stock on Sage 200 once the goods have been confirmed as dispatched
  • Record delivery information for goods which have been dispatched
  • Book in returns from site
  • Liaise with couriers and customers aiming to resolve any problems that occur
  • Update production schedules in accordance with production build and delivery details

Key Skills:

  • Great numerate and Excel skills
  • Previous warehouse/production experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Reliable and able to prioritise workload
  • Excellent communicator on all levels
  • Knowledge or Sage 200, Sage Construct & Sage CRM is desirable
  • Excellent customer service
