Our client, a growing business in Marlow (but moving to Maidenhead at the end of the year) is looking for an Internal Recruiter to join their HR function.

The purpose of the role is to provide full internal recruitment services and external resourcing services and manage the process from initial inception of the role, employer branding to onboarding of new recruits.

Duties include
* Manage the recruitment process from the roles initial inception up to onboarding of new employee
* Build effective and financially effective relationship with external agencies to ensure we are tapping into the required talent pools but also managing the most cost effective financial solutions
* To develop, implement and manage recruitment/resourcing projects - reviewing assessment and attraction strategies for different business units of the organisation and creating and rolling out improvements to recruitment practices
* Working with Partner, Directors, HR to draw up job specifications and more detailed job profiles
* Liaising with Marketing to ensure effective communication of the brand and to build our Employer Brand
* Coach recruiting Manager/Partners on interview and selection skills
* Attend interviews with recruitment Managers/Partners
* Write adverts and manage their distribution and sources
* Manage our online recruitment tool
* Make recommendations for improved recruitment practices and process to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
* Administer Thomas International selection tools and sell their advantages across the business
* Manage the recruitment budget - keeping stakeholders aware of current spend and future requirements
* Manage the School leaver/Graduate Selection process
* Build relationships with local schools, colleges and Universities to build our brand and attract the best new talent.
* Working with HR to Support the on boarding of new hires, ensuring a smooth

Skills/Experience
* Gained the necessary level of experience within a similar role
* Worked in both internal and external recruitment environment
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a highly organised approach.
* Ability to obtain colleagues and Partners buy-in where there will be resistance e.g. procedural change
* Ability to build credibility with senior business stakeholders and candidates
* Take a proactive and methodical approach to work
* Be adaptable and flexible to the changes needs of the business and the role
* Understands the need for excellent customer service both internally and externally
* Able to adjust priorities based on the needs of the business
* Remaining calm and using good judgement particularly when working under pressure and to deadlines
* Effective use of IT including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
