Our client are looking for a highly talented individual to join their Talent Management and Assessment (TMA) Team. The role plays a vital part in administering and delivering multiple survey projects.

Key duties to include:

  • Planning small and large-scale Talent Management and Assessment projects c15-20 projects at one time
  • Building and running reports
  • Maintaining accurate financial records
  • Using a variety of basic research methods to gather data.
  • Acting as a main point of contact regarding project management
  • Supporting internal team colleagues, Consultants, Client Service Managers and relevant Research and Product & TMA colleagues with regard to survey design and product development
  • Supporting the proposal writing
  • Acting as co-ordinator and administrator for team activities (both internal and external)

Key skills and knowledge required:

  • Proven IT skills including MS Office (PowerPoint, Word and specifically Excel to an advanced level)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven organisational and project management skills
  • The ability to work well under pressure and remain calm in all situations
  • Excellent attention to detail and focus on quality
  • The ability to be proactive, flexible, responsive and to multi-task
  • Evidence of being a dynamic and self-motivated individual
  • Ideally have a background of working in a commercial/professional service environment
