Telemarketing Executive - great commission!

Our client, a highly successful IT company, is seeking an experienced Telemarketing Executive who will be responsible for contacting a wide range of SMB's prospects to build and maintain positive and long-lasting working relationships. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, excellent at generating leads with strong negotiating skills, and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.

The ideal candidate will also need to be a tenacious individual who is comfortable using persuasive language and asking open ended questions to obtain detailed responses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making daily outbound calls (approx. 80-100)
  • Hitting sales targets
  • Qualify leads and book appointments
  • Warm/cold calling
  • Database cleansing
  • Research, prospect, profile and build plans to win new clients
  • Record prospect information and activity into sales database
  • Have an excellent understanding of the technology solutions and key industry sectors of clients
  • Establish credibility and confidence with prospects during marketing campaigns
  • Manage a pipeline of leads, whilst consistently achieve or exceed sales expectations
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings between prospects and account managers

Required skills:

  • Previous telesales/telemarketing/account management sales experience
  • A professional and welcoming telephone manner
  • Interest in IT sales
  • Minimum of 6 months Outbound Calling experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Target-focused, results driven approach to work
  • Understand a Lead generation role at SMB and Enterprise level
  • Quick thinker and self-motivated
  • Excellent communication skills, on all levels
  • Excellent English knowledge
