Temp to Perm Accounts Receivables Assistant

Our client, a vibrant and growing organisation in Marlow, is looking for a numerical and analytical Accounts Receivables Assistant on a temporary to permanent basis!

This role is to ensure the company receives payments for goods and services and records these transactions accordingly. The successful candidate will also have Credit Control experience.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our client and potentially go permanent.

Duties include
- Maintaining the billing system
- Generating invoices and account statements
- Performing account and bank reconciliations
- Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
- Producing monthly financial and management reports
- Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
- Assisting in general financial management and analysis
- Assisting with month-end closing
- Supporting with testing of development of our in-house systems

Experience in accounting is required but a Bachelor's degree isn't a necessity. However, a qualification or expertise in the following will allow a candidate to further develop their career:
- Accounting
- Finance or Economics
- Business Studies or Administration
- Mathematics


- Organised and have a keen eye for detail to spot any issues that may arise
- An ability to follow documented procedure and work independently
- Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
- Good computer skills (Excel, Word)

- Good communicator and copes well under pressure
- Maintaining good relationships with colleagues
- A mathematical background
