Temp to Perm Administrator - to start ASAP!

Our client, based in High Wycombe, is looking for a personable and friendly Administrator to join their team on a temp to perm basis.

Working for this small and busy company, our client needs someone with a good eye for detail, accuracy, good organisational skills and the ability to work independently.

This role is paying £18k - £21k on a perm basis, working 8.30 - 30 Mon to Fri.

Duties include

Reception & Admin

  • Answering telephone calls and greeting visitors
  • Ensuring refreshments are available
  • Petty cash distribution and reconciliation
  • Opening & distributing post
  • Maintaining various administrative spreadsheets
  • Deposit cheques at the Bank in High Wycombe

Job bags

  • Creating Monthly Job Bags
  • Updating MIS System
  • Printing Cost Sheets
  • Customer web site updating


  • Arranging and log QA meetings and keeping QA log up to date
  • Administration of FSC accreditation
  • Administration of ISO14001 Environmental

Finance data processing

  • Purchase Invoice Matching to Orders
  • Despatch cost control
  • Checking Job bags before invoicing
  • Issuing and entering Supplier payments & Invoices
  • Entering Sales receipts onto account package
  • Statement process
  • Staff Time sheet checking for payroll


  • Suitable for a bright, switched on graduate
  • Previous admin experience is ideal
  • Finance experience isn't essential
  • Good IT skills
