Commercial Operations Administrator required on a temporary basis for a well-established client based near Maidenhead. This role would suit a confident Administrator with excellent CRM and database experience. The main purpose of the role is to ensure all operational duties are completed accurately, supporting the processing of orders, cancellations transfers and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing bookings through Dynamics
  • Raising and sending invoices, confirmations and completing credit card payments
  • Managing cancellations of bookings and courses
  • Generating purchase orders
  • Ensuring invoices are correctly matched
  • Monitoring and managing quality assurance processes
  • Ensuring databases are fully managed and updated as required

Key Skills:

  • Excellent attention to detail with good accuracy and time management skills
  • Excellent grammar and spelling , as well as strong verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience of financial processes desirable
  • Strong IT skills, including CRM systems and Microsoft packages
