Temporary Customer Service Representative
ASAP Start for 2 months - potential to go perm
Hourly rate: £10.00

We have a temporary opening for a team focused, professional and passionate Customer Services Representative for our client based in Maidenhead.

They need someone to hit the ground running as you'll be working closely with stakeholders across the business to resolve customer enquiries at first point of contact, achieving high-levels of satisfaction to meet team objectives.

Main responsibilities include -
* Responsible for receiving calls and being the first point of contact for customers by phone and other communication channels.
* Help and advise customers on a variety of repair and housing tenancy and queries and seeking to resolve all queries at first point of contact. This includes rent, anti-social behaviour, repairs, transfer and communal environment enquiries.
* Recording all actions and outcomes on inhouse systems, managing and updating customer records as required. This includes CRM systems to access information required to assist in resolving queries and scheduling repairs online.
* Work with management and colleagues within the team to meet team targets and continuously improve the service whilst achieving personal development targets.
* Adhere to group policy and procedures when responding to customer enquiries ensuring department targets relating to responses are met

The successful Customer Services Representative will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and have strong attention to detail.

Other requirements include -
* Must have previous experience in a customer service role or in contact center
* Ability to remain calm when handling sensitive or difficult situations
* Team oriented
* Ability to mange a high volume of calls a day
* Effectively priorities a varied workload
* Excellent listening skills
* Previous experience working within social housing would be beneficial
