Temporary Customer Service Representative

Hourly rate: £9.00 - 10.00


We have a temporary opening for a team focused, professional and passionate Customer Services Representative for our client based in Maidenhead.

The primary purpose of the role is to manage internal and external communications - received by telephone, email, fax, post or via the internet - accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer requirements are identified and met. Working closely with the Customer Services Team Leader, you will process between 400 - 500 enquiries per day, both customer support and orders.

Main responsibilities include -

  • provide administrative support for E-book billing, using Excel.
  • handling complex queries within the agreed service level targets
  • complex order processing within the agreed service level targets
  • handle all calls distributed to you by the call management system, maximising resolution at first point of contact The successful

Customer Services Representative will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and have strong attention to detail.

Other requirements include -

  • previous experience in a customer service role
  • good experience using MS Excel
  • an understanding of customers in international markets would be preferred
