We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client who are looking for a Facilities Co-Ordinator to join their team. The role will be based in Slough, this is an ongoing temporary position and will require the successful candidate to commit to the duration of the assignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To be the go to contact for visitors
  • Build a positive relationship at all levels and be available at all times to provide support
  • To ensure the office is fit for purpose at the start of the day
  • Organise and deliver hospitality services as and when requires
  • To ensure the office is fully compliant with Health and Safety and environmental legislation
  • To provide induction support through the induction process for new employees
  • Ensure efficient and timely process for incoming and outgoing mail
  • Stock checks of vending machines and replenish when needed

Key Skills:

  • Experience working as a facilities coordinator
  • Attention to detail
  • Proactive and use initiative
  • Able to work to tight deadlines
  • Can work as part of a team and individually
