Temporary full time PA Assistant/Support - 6-month contract

A fantastic opportunity to work for a well-established company based in Slough.

They are looking for a strong administrator to provide support to the Executive PA and the Senior Executive Team. You must be a good communicator and have a proven track record of getting things done in an organised manner and experience of diary/travel arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to support, organise and maintain the diaries of the various teams as guided by Exec PA. Future planning for meetings, issues, upcoming projects and priorities of scheduled work
  • Assist in organising travel and accommodation for the Executive Team and Direct Reports
  • Responding to customer email enquiries as and when required
  • Preparing expenses for approval.
  • Maintaining legal databases to ensure documents are accurately signed off and filed.
  • Assisting in co-ordinating internal/external meetings including associated arrangements for attendees, preparation of papers or agenda's for circulation, catering and IT requirements.
  • Establish an effective and efficient work-flow method e.g. file system, in/out trays, Keep both the electronic and paper filing system up-to-date. Record and process authorised invoices and expenses for payment.

Key Skills:

  • Advanced experience of the Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook essential
  • Experience of working as a PA

  • Excellent attention to detail, together with a methodical organised approach in order to produce high quality work.
  • An ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, diplomacy and discretion at all times.
  • Comfortable in a high pressure, deadline driven environment.
  • Effective communication skills written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • High level of adaptability to changing priorities and projects is essential.
  • Self-reliant with the ability to work off own initiative.
  • Positive and strong work ethic.
