Job Profile:
A fantastic opportunity to join well established Software Company based in High Wycombe. The role is pivotal to the smooth running of the business and requires somebody experienced in complex travel schedules, strong diary management skills and a high level of attention to detail:

* Travel - Provide information of available alternatives and options where requested, provide a detailed itinerary and liaise with the director whilst travelling to ensure that support is always to hand.
* Diary Management - schedule and manage appointments intelligently and effectively and follow-up with any necessary actions
* Telephone calls - screen all calls and take detailed messages/action where appropriate
* Organise management meetings and ensure all meeting logistics run as planned
Person Profile:
* Flexible, can-do attitude
* Professional and strong communication skills
* Ability to quickly resolve problems without needing supervision
* High standards of personal presentation
* Calm and discrete

Skills profile:
* Proven experience of operating at this level
* Confident, polite and clear verbal and written communication
* Extremely proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Ability to plan workload and prioritise, work under pressure and meet deadlines
