Our client, a leading healthcare company, is looking for a temporary Accounts Payable Assistant to join their busy Finance Process team for 2 weeks from Monday 21st October. The role holder will be responsible for assembling, reviewing and verifying invoices and checking requests.

We require a minimum o 6 months purchase ledger experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Flag and clarify any unusual or questionable invoice items or prices
  • Sort, code and match invoices
  • Enter and upload invoices into system
  • Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
  • Maintain vendor files
  • Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
