We are looking for an Office Receptionist to work on an ongoing temporary basis.

Our client is based in Maidenhead and is looking for someone that is available immediately and has previous experience working on a busy reception desk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering the phones
  • Greeting guests
  • Supporting internal teams
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • General administrative duties

Key Skills:

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Confident in Microsoft office packages

Person Profile:

  • Available immediately and ongoing
  • Professional and friendly
  • Can do attitude!
