Temporary Part time Sales & Service Administrator

5 hours per day, 25 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing orders
  • Parts administration
  • Customer quotations
  • Chasing contract renewals and parts used
  • Dealing with customers directly
  • Completing customer questionnaires
  • Credit control
  • General office administration
  • Supporting other members of the service team

Key Skills:

  • Experience in a similar role - Customer support background
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel
  • Experience in SAP and Lotus Notes would be beneficial but not essential
