Temporary Sales Support Executive

ASAP Start for 3 months minimum

Hourly rate: £10.00 - 13.00ph


We have a temporary opening for a team focused, professional and passionate Sales Support Executive for our client based in Maidenhead.

Main responsibilities include -

  • Order processing and management
  • Setting up Connect accounts
  • Sending print and digital samples
  • Providing access to Instructor Resources
  • Processing digital billing invoices
  • Processing returns and credit requests
  • Providing price and availability information
  • Providing data around alternative formats and most recent editions

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and have strong attention to detail.

Other requirements include -

  • Proactive and quick to learn
  • High level of organisational, planning and prioritisation skills
  • Good administrative, analytical and reporting skills
  • Experience of both print and digital sales experience would be beneficial
  • IT Literate - MS office, Salesforce if possible and ability to pick up bespoke systems
  • Excel intermediate level
  • An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • An ability to work independently and in a team
  • Data entry skills + accuracy/attention to detail, experience processing high quantities of data accurately
