Temporary Supply Chain Professional

Our client is seeking a Supply Chain professional to commence initially on a temporary basis with a view to a permanent opportunity. The role is based in Wooburn Green.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing purchase orders and ensuring stock levels are maintained and recorded
  • Actively work with manufacturing sites to ensure deliveries are received on time with correct paperwork
  • Driving compliance with regards to product receipts and returns and all audit requests
  • Reviewing co-ordination of product disposal
  • Co-ordination and overall responsibility of SAP system
  • Processing month end activities and reporting where applicable

Key Skills:

  • Background within supply chain/logistics
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Pharmaceutical experience ideally but not essential

Person Profile:

  • Degree educated
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Quick learner
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
