Salary up to £32,000 per annum

Job Profile:

Our client, an IT software company based in Amersham, is looking for a client facing Implementation Manager/Co-ordinator to join their small team who can manage the entire implementation process for multiple clients. The role will include facilitating project meetings, delivering remote/on-site training and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and resourcing implementation/projects
  • Manage project issues
  • Direct ownership of the implementation function
  • Providing training to clients remotely/on-site
  • Working with clients and internal departments to ensure project tasks are completed within the time frame
  • Client focused
  • Produce reports on implementations/projects and supporting colleagues and other areas of the business

Person Profile:

  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Well-developed teamwork skills
  • Fantastic PC skills
  • Ability to build effective business relationships
  • Analytical thinking and commercial outlook
  • Background within IT or financial services ideal but not essential
