Temporary to Permanent Sales Administrator
ASAP Start
Based in High Wycombe
Salary: £20,000 pro rata

Our client is seeking a self-motivated, enthusiastic and confident Sales Administrator to assist the team following a really successful 2017 / 2018 and increased sales.

The role will initially be on a temporary basis for around 3 months with the opportunity to go permanent afterwards.

Key Duties
* Process incoming enquiries via telephone, e-mail & post
* Process all purchase orders received, ensuring correct pricing & product information. To resolve all queries in a timely manner
* Liaise with factory to ensure the required delivery dates can be met
* The support and co-ordination of any enquiries either from existing clients or from any new sales leads
* Provide quotations for 'special' products for clients following requests for assistance
* The creation of quotations for client requests, following liaison with the relevant Sales Manager
* The pro-active communication with our key accounts, to ensure knowledge and awareness of our new product developments

* Able to use their own initiative to provide a 'can do' approach to problem solving
