A new, exciting role has become available within our friendly, vibrant team due to growth. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, motivated individual to build a career in Recruitment. You will receive full training and support and the opportunity to earn unrivalled commission.

We are a non-corporate, fun and exciting place to work with modern, spacious offices in Marlow town centre (with parking). This role will suit a bright, motivated individual who is keen to build a long term and rewarding career.

Previous sales experience would be an advantage but is not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage our extensive client base in the local area
  • Attend meetings with new and existing clients
  • Source and screen candidates and match to suitable job roles through various methods including jobsites, internal database, headhunting, referrals and social media
  • Proactively speculate and market candidates into your clients
  • Offer consultative advice to clients and candidates

Key Skills:

  • Previous office experience - ideally some experience within a sales environment
  • Educated to a minimum A-Level standard
  • Excellent listener and communicator
  • Enthusiastic, confident and quick to grasp new concepts
  • Competitive but also a strong team player
