This is a temporary position to start as soon as possible working in Bracknell on a full time basis, 36 hours per week. Plenty of parking onsite with hybrid working days.
The main purpose of this job is to provide effective administration support, liaising closely with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the process within the department.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Administering the arrangements for meetings and hearings, including liaising with the employees, lawyers as appropriate
- Organising meeting requirements and travel and accommodation as appropriate
- Supporting the team manager with the running of audits as first line support for queries and the management of spreadsheets and outcomes.
- Administer the audit process
- Respond to any queries in a timely manner.
- Work the process to strict deadlines and response times.
- Drafting of standard returns.
- Update the CRM and other systems

Key requirements include:
- Excellent administration and organisational skills
- A strong attention to detail, high level of diligence and ability to keep accurate records.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate at all levels from senior staff, technical experts to members of the public.
- Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload, in line with agreed processes.
- Experienced in dealing with confidential matters.
- Strong IT skills with experience in Microsoft Office, Teams and CRM systems
