Your consultant will narrow down the applications and resourced candidates through thoroughly checking CV’s, as well as initially interviewing the best candidates. A shortlist of CV’s will then be sent to arrange initial interviews with the recruiting manager. All feedback and next steps will be managed by your Bucks and Berks recruitment team.
