Our client, a successful organisation based in High Wycombe, is looking for a Part Time Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a part time basis – Monday to Friday 9am – 3pm.

The main purpose of the role is to liaise with customers via online web chat and provide admin support to the team. There is minimal phone work involved with this role.

You will be 100% office based. Full time equivalent salary is £27k – £28k plus benefits.

Duties include

  • Answering customer queries on Live Chat
  • Dealing with complaints and quality issues
  • Liaising with delivery partners when issues arise
  • Liaising with production at all locations
  • Communicating with customers
  • Monitoring and responding to feedback on Reviews and Trust pilot
  • General administration tasks, assisting account managers and management as required

Key requirements include:

  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Intermediate IT Skills
  • Good communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and TikTok
