Our client is a dynamic and successful small organisation based in the heart of Marlow who deliver events for clients both in the UK and internationally.
This newly created role offers an excellent opportunity for a vibrant, sociable and confident experienced Bookkeeper / Accounts Administrator to take ownership of the position and help shape their internal processes.
You will work closely with a friendly team of six, alongside their sister production company, in a collaborative and creative office environment.
Part-time – 3 days per week (Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays), 10:00am-3:00pm

Reporting directly to the Directors, you will be responsible for the day-to-day financial administration of the business, ensuring accuracy, organisation, and timely reporting using QuickBooks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the accounts inbox
- Processing purchase invoices, receipts, and payments
- Reconciling bank transactions and supplier payments
- Raising client and commission invoices
- Monitoring payments and reviewing aged debtors with Directors
- Preparing monthly Profit & Loss reports for internal use
- Creating monthly salary journals and prompting staff and HMRC payments
- Matching remittance advice to invoices
- Cross-checking VAT returns prior to submission to the accountant
- Producing ad-hoc financial reports as required
- Reconciling event budgets post-event
You will be organised, detail-oriented, and confident working independently in a newly established accounts role, while also enjoying being part of a small, creative team.
Skills and experience required:
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in bookkeeping or accounts administration
- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks (essential)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills with both internal teams and external suppliers
- Proactive, flexible, and able to manage priorities effectively
