Part Time Office Administrator

Location: Henley-on-Thames
Hours: Part-Time, 4+ hours per day (flexible start and finish times)
Type: Permanent

Our client is a friendly and very busy local heating and plumbing company based in Henley-on-Thames. They’re looking for a reliable and organised Part Time Office Administrator to join their small team.

This is a varied, office-based role providing essential administrative and customer service support. You’ll be helping them to manage a high volume of emails and telephone enquiries, coordinate jobs, and liaise with customers and engineers to ensure everything runs smoothly.

There will be occasions when you are working independently in the office, so confidence and self-motivation are important.

Minimum of 4 hours per day, 5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing incoming emails and telephone calls from local customers
  • Responding to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Booking jobs and scheduling appointments
  • Liaising with engineers
  • General office administration and record keeping
  • Supporting the day-to-day running of the office

About You

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Confident using email, telephone, and standard office software
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Previous administration, office support, or customer service experience would be advantageous

  • Flexible working hours, with a minimum of approximately 4 hours per day
  • Office-based role in Henley-on-Thames
