A capable and experienced Administrator needed to work as a Fulfilment Executive on a temporary basis. Must have experience in analytical and process driven positions. Finance department background will be useful for this varied role. Full time role that offers hybrid working.
Key duties:
- Maintaining and updating the tracking system and other internal systems
- Ensure accurate recording of sales
- Ensure accurate processing and payment of invoices from suppliers
- Reconciliation between tracking systems
- Continuously improve systems and processes
- Ensuring transactions are accurate and complete
- Invoice control and approval
- Evaluate invoices to ensure that deliveries have been completed
- Check all invoice details against the underlying contract
- Initiate the approval process for payment
- Support project work within Fulfilment and the wider organisation
Key skills and requirements:
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Proved ability to work with systems and extract systems data for analysis within Excel
- Ability to work within strict deadlines
- Process-driven and detail oriented
- Financial background is preferred
