We are currently recruiting for an entry level Customer Service Administrator to join a growing, international organisation based in High Wycombe. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their customer service career within a fast-paced and supportive environment.
You could be a recent graduate or perhaps someone from retail or hospitality looking to build on your experience.
You will support the Customer Service team in delivering a high standard of service across multiple communication channels while ensuring accurate data entry and efficient handling of customer requests.
Key responsibilities:
- Responding to customer enquiries via email, web, chat, and other channels
- Accurately processing orders, quotes, and customer data in internal systems
- Investigating and resolving customer queries in a timely manner
- Supporting order progression and ensuring requests are handled efficiently
- Assisting team members and collaborating with other departments
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
Skills/Experience
- Some experience in a customer service or administrative role (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good MS Office skills (experience with ERP systems is an advantage)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- A professional, proactive, and team-oriented approach
