As a Contracts & Tenders Executive, you will join a critical team responsible for securing business through the creation of innovative tender submissions for new and existing large customer contracts.
You will need to be comfortable with handling multiple deadlines and tasks at once and be able to work just as well on your own as you do as part of a team.
Your ability to communicate both verbally and in writing is a key part of the role.
This role is based 4 days in the office and 1 day from home and offers superb benefits.
Duties include
- Coordinating the full National Accounts tendering process
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and validate data
- Managing multiple concurrent projects to strict deadlines
- Producing clear, professional, and commercially sound tender documentation
- Ensuring all submissions align with company standards and authorised trading terms
- Supporting contract renewals, new business wins, and range extensions
Skills/Experience
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with detail and structure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proactive and able to work independently using own initiative
- A strong team player with a collaborative approach
- Comfortable working under pressure to meet deadlines
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
