We are seeking an enthusiastic and confident communicator to join our client, a long-established charity, dedicated to inspiring and supporting young people. In this role, you will plan, manage, and deliver engaging activities and events in schools and educational settings, helping children and young adults aged 5-19 reach their full potential.

  • £26,750 – £28,000 per annum depending on experience.
  • 35 hours per week (term-time only considered).
  • 8.30am to 4.30pm, with 1-hour unpaid lunch break. Hours will be flexible depending on event timings.
  • Office-based in Slough. Flexible Working Policy in place.
  • Travel to various schools/ locations in and around the Berkshire/ Buckinghamshire area.
  • Full and clean driving license and the daily use of a car is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver inspiring presentations, workshops, and events for young people aged between 5 and 19, in 1-2-1 or group sessions.
  • Develop and manage project plans from inception to completion.
  • Recruit and liaise with local business volunteers to support programme delivery.
  • Build and maintain relationships with partner organisations, teachers, and parents.
  • Design and produce engaging educational materials and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting in line with organisational procedures.

Key Skills:

  • Experience working in an educational setting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, adaptable to different audiences.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confident with MS Teams, Zoom, and general IT systems.
  • Full, clean driving licence and daily use of a car are essential.
