An exceptional opportunity has arisen to support a UHNW family in a highly involved, dynamic, and fast‑paced Executive Assistant role.
This is a deeply trusted position and requires someone who is proactive, capable, discreet, and ready to immerse themselves fully in the Principals’ personal and household affairs. Prior experience in a similar role is essential.
The Role
This role goes far beyond traditional EA duties. You’ll become a central point of contact across the Principals’ lifestyle, property, travel, and household operations. Flexibility is essential – while core hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm, occasional evenings and weekends may be needed, balanced by a strong “give and take” approach.
You will be a key organiser, communicator, and problem‑solver, ensuring seamless coordination across all areas of the Principals’ lives.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison between the Principals and household staff, drivers, the office team, and external suppliers
- Manage personal administration and daily logistical needs with professionalism and total discretion
- Plan and oversee complex travel arrangements: flights, holidays, villas, itineraries, and on‑site logistics
- Travel ahead of the Principals when required to prepare properties or ensure arrangements are in perfect order
- Research and organise lifestyle requests: theatre tickets, events, dining, gifts, and unique experiences
- Meet with interior designers, florists, party planners, property professionals, and other service providers
- Coordinate household operations and support property management activities
- View properties (UK and abroad) and provide summaries, insights, and recommendations
- Ensure exceptional attention to detail in all arrangements, communication, and presentation
- Safeguard confidential information with absolute integrity
- Support with preparations for family visits and manage the smooth running of related logistics
- Maintain an up‑to‑date awareness of new venues, services, destinations, and trends for lifestyle planning
- Drive to appointments, meetings, and errands as required
- Remain flexible and responsive to shifting priorities and last‑minute needs

Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability and willingness to travel (including internationally)
- Flexibility around hours when needed
- Prior private household, UHNW, lifestyle management essential
