An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to Joint Chief Executive Officers within a fast-paced and dynamic organisation.

This is a pivotal role requiring a highly organised, forward-thinking individual who can build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and act as a trusted partner to the executive team. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations while contributing to wider business initiatives.

This role is fully office based, Monday to Friday, and comes with excellent benefits and flexible working (flexi-time).

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEOs and internal/external stakeholders

  • Manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings, and handle executive correspondence

  • Support business development and client relationship activities

  • Provide regular updates to executives on project progress

  • Work collaboratively across departments including HR, Finance, and IT

  • Assist with strategic projects and acquisition-related activities

  • Lead the planning and delivery of internal initiatives, meetings, and events

Administrative Duties

  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and key documentation

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expenses

  • Organise meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking

  • Manage logistics for company events, conferences, and training sessions

  • Monitor compliance deadlines and support reporting requirements

  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and external partners

Communication & Coordination

  • Facilitate clear and timely communication across the organisation

  • Draft and review correspondence on behalf of senior executives

  • Manage inboxes, prioritising emails and responding where appropriate

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership preferably in the accountancy or financial services industry; however, experience in other sectors will also be considered

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • High level of attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills

  • Professional, approachable, and confident working with senior stakeholders

  • Ability to maintain discretion and operate with integrity

  • Calm under pressure with sound judgement

  • Highly proactive and able to anticipate needs

  • Flexible and adaptable approach

  • Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
