We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator to join our client, based in Maidenhead.
This is a varied and rewarding role that combines customer service excellence with logistics coordination. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless customer journey, managing orders from receipt through to delivery, supporting repair services, coordinating with contractors, and working closely with the warehouse, sales, and technical teams.

This role is fully office based Monday to Friday and comes with a competitive salary and superb benefits including 25 days holiday and company bonus.
Duties include
- Manage the complete order lifecycle.
- Coordinate stock requirements with the UK Customer Service Team and warehouse operations.
- Ensure products are available and correctly provisioned for project delivery.
- Monitor stock pipelines from manufacturing through to the UK warehouse.
- Resolve shipping, delivery, and logistics queries efficiently and professionally.
- Escalate issues appropriately to internal stakeholders when required.
- Provide occasional support within the warehouse during peak periods or team absences.
- Deliver a high level of customer service, building positive relationships with customers and contractors.
- Coordinate field repairs for service contract customers, working closely with external service partners.
- Support customers with product information, order enquiries, billing, and delivery questions.
- Handle complaints and issues professionally, ensuring timely resolution.
- Work closely with sales, warehouse, technical support, customer service, and management teams.
Skills/Experience
- At least 2 years’ experience within a customer service, logistics, order processing, or coordination role.
- Strong customer service and customer relationship skills.
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- A collaborative team player with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Experience working with ERP systems (D365 experience advantageous but not essential).
- Experience liaising with customers and multiple internal stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
