Our client, an international organisation, is looking for a detail‑oriented Order Processing Coordinator to join their team and play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience to their clients mainly via email.

You’ll be part of a collaborative environment where accuracy, organisation and teamwork are essential, directly supporting Order Fulfilment, Customer Care and overall customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be resilient, quick to learn and adaptable, able to juggle a busy workload. They will also be analytical and comfortable reading reports and interpreting data.

We welcome candidates from retail backgrounds as well as previous office experience in customer service and operations.

The role is hybrid (1 day a week then 2 days a week after probation) and the hours are either 8.30-5 or 9-5.

Duties include

  • Process customer orders end‑to‑end, ensuring accurate system entry and timely stock allocation
  • Review order details and resolve routine issues such as discrepancies, back orders, or cancellations
  • Work closely with Field Stock Management, Sales Support, Credit & Collections and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date order records in ERP/CRM systems
  • Support backlog visibility and help prioritise orders to maintain service levels
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and data integrity

Skills/Experience

  • GCSE‑level Maths and English
  • Experience in order entry, administration or customer service
  • Ability to work accurately in a fast‑paced environment
  • Basic experience using ERP or CRM systems
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Confident using systems for order entry, tracking and updates
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Willingness to learn, adapt and embrace new processes
  • Ability to follow defined procedures and standards
