We are recruiting for an Account Manager to join our client’s fundraising team based in Marlow.

Our client is growing hugely – they provide luxury experiences, hospitality, artwork and memorabilia which they sell at prestigious events via silent auctions partnering with clients such as Formula One, England Rugby, various Premiership Football Clubs, businesses, and schools.

We are looking for a professional, bright and focused individual who can pro-actively manage an existing portfolio of accounts whilst developing new leads from existing clients and reaching out for new business, ultimately establishing your own accounts over time.

Attention to detail and building relationships with their ever-growing database, whilst attracting new business, is vital within this role. Full training is available.

Basic salary of £25k – £35k plus uncapped commission (OTE in year 1 £40k – £50k) plus benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and sustain strong client partnerships with the accounts you are given.
  • Proactively explore other avenues for our service to current clients. and reaching out for new business – generating new business.
  • Be accountable for personal sales targets.
  • Providing first-class customer service levels to all clients and customers.
  • From time to time managing and supporting our silent auction service on site at events. This may include international trips.

Ideal Person

  • Self-motivated to exceed targets.
  • Highly personable, with strong relationship building skills.
  • You must be able to communicate effectively across all levels, both to customers and colleagues.
  • Enthusiastic with a pro-active approach.
  • Proficiency in handling multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Brilliant organisational and time management abilities with a capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong work ethic, willing to be flexible when required.
  • Must have full driving licence.
  • Previous account management experience is favourable

Package & Benefits

Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 depending on experience

Uncapped commission + bonus scheme (First year OTE 40k – 50k)

Benefits: 20 days holiday, with an additional day added each year at the company – capped at 25 days. Possible opportunity to attend key sporting events in the UK and around the world, such as The Masters, Monaco Grand Prix and many more.
