If you have management experience within a serviced office, hospitality, leisure, or any site with a high degree of customer focus, this is a rare opportunity to join a unique business in an exciting period of growth. You will be responsible for all aspects of the business performance. You will become the face of the business and a passionate brand ambassador.

Success in this role is easily measured; Members are happy, the space is running efficiently, and growth/revenue targets are met. You will have a huge amount of autonomy and freedom to run the business.

This is a Monday – Friday position, salary up to £37,000 plus a quarterly bonus and benefits including 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays. There is excellent opportunity for career development as the business continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating strategies to hit both revenue and profitability targets
  • Report monthly on financial performance
  • Marketing the space (e.g. events / digital / newsletters / PR / print)
  • Establish partnerships and collaborations within the local professional community to strengthen network
  • Ensure excellent levels of customer service
  • Build strong relationships with customers and nurture any new enquiries
  • Day to day running of the business, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
  • Facilities, site management & supplier management

Key Requirements

  • Sales and commercial experience, with a proven track record of success
  • Exceptional people skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Experience managing membership environments
  • Facilities management or office management
  • Proficiency using a range of office software – the ability to pick up new systems quickly
