We are recruiting for a growing facilities management company – we’re looking for a bright, motivated and organised Office Administrator to support the Office Manager with admin and ad hoc finance support.

Office based Monday to Friday – flexible working hours (7.30 – 4, 8 – 4.30, 8.30 – 5, 9 – 5.30).

Duties include
- Provide day to day administrative support to the operations team
- Learn and maintain the scheduling system, including data input and job scheduling
- Assist with document management, data entry and internal communications
- Support compliance and health & safety processes
- Respond to customer queries with professionalism
- Support the Office Manager with HR process and on boarding of new staff
- Provide ad-hoc support to the Finance Manager
Skills/Experience
- Experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
