Previous sales or recruitment experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage our extensive client base in the local area
- Attend meetings with new and existing clients
- Source and screen candidates and match to suitable job roles through various methods including jobsites, internal database, headhunting, referrals and social media
- Proactively speculate and market candidates into your clients
- Offer consultative advice to clients and candidates
Key Skills:
- Previous office experience – ideally some experience within a sales environment
- Educated to a minimum A-Level standard
- Excellent listener and communicator
- Enthusiastic, confident and quick to grasp new concepts
- Competitive but also a strong team player
