Our client is seeking a Marketing and Administration Assistant to provide support to the sales and marketing team. This is a dual-role position and would ideally suit someone with a strong interest in marketing and design, combined with excellent attention to detail, initiative and a willingness to take on a wide range of administrative support tasks.
£26k – £28k per annum depending on experience
8.30am – 5pm
Office-based in Winnersh with one day working from home.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing administration support to the Marketing Manager plus office based and remote working Sales and Product Managers
- Organise travel for staff and management team across different departments
- Book sales and strategy meetings in accordance with the requirements of the Marketing Manager
- Smooth day-to-day management of exhibitions, customer seminars, webinars, workshops and other events planning to include all activities in the customer experience suite
- Assist in the preparation of marketing communication materials
- Responsible for producing mail shots
- Ensure that all customer master databases are kept up to date as advised by sales teams
Key skills:
- Interest in design and media
- Organisational, administration and planning skills
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Able to meet tight deadlines and prioritise workload
- Some social media, website or experience of working in a Marketing Department is desirable but not essential.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
